This is a conversion i made a while ago,it started as a Bedford Q.L. refuelling tanker from the Airfix refuelling set.

I scratch made the entire rear body from plastic card, cut the cab down and made a new windscreen. Then i built up the doors and made the nudge bar from brass rod.
The 6pdr came from the Airfix Bren carrier set, here i made a new barrel from alloy tube.

This is a slightly.. better view of the rear.

The research took about 10hrs and making the model aprox 15hrs,considering this subject is not available in 72nd scale it was worth a bash.
